Flavor & Blessing began with a joke that brought together a spice bottle and song lyrics. But behind the laughter was an idea that felt deeply true: just as lyrics give a song its story, flavor gives a meal its character. And when that meal is shared with others, it becomes something more—a blessing.
We’ve always believed the table is about more than food. It’s where stories are shared, traditions are passed down, relationships grow stronger, and ordinary moments become lasting memories. That belief inspired us to create premium seasonings, sauces, and dressings that bring exceptional flavor to the table while reflecting the values closest to our hearts: faith, family, hospitality, and gratitude.

Kenny Klepacki has dedicated his life to building businesses, strengthening families, embracing adventure, and creating opportunities to serve others. Flavor & Blessing is a reflection of that journey, a brand founded on the belief that faith, gratitude, generous hospitality, and great food have the power to bring people together and create a legacy that extends far beyond the table.

As Kenny's sister-in-law, Michelle brings valuable experience from her time with Cuisinart, along with a passion for hospitality, organization, and brand development. She plays an integral role in managing projects, shaping the customer experience, and helping bring the vision of Flavor & Blessing to life.

Meagan, being a fresh college graduate, brings a new perspective and technological know-how into the company from behind the scenes. She utilizes her passion for organization and effective communication to manage finances, coordinate outgoing logistics, and execute the visions and plans of Flavor and Blessing.

Debra Murray is a celebrated culinary expert, television personality, and author with nearly 30 years of experience in food media and live television. She has worked alongside renowned chefs and personalities, while building her own successful culinary brands and catering business.
